Where do you ship to?

We deliver everywhere in the Netherlands & Europe.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Standard shipping takes approximately five to seven business days. Shipping times may be longer in December.

What should I do if I don't receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our storage. If your item does not arrive on time, you can let us know and we will track down your item for you.

Returns

Which items can be returned?

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and must not be washed or worn. Please notify us immediately if an item arrives damaged. You will then receive a full refund for the item.

How much are the shipping costs for returns?

Returns are free when you use our pre-paid return labels. Simply repackage the item, attach the label to the original packaging and send it back to us.

I received an item as a gift. Can I return it?

Items that were given as a gift must be accompanied by the gift receipt to be eligible for a refund. The return will be treated like any other return and you will receive a gift certificate for the current retail price of the item. Please note that gifts can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
